Wrong order and no customer service.

Ordered two shoe creams. One was the wrong color, reached out to them and never heard back. Reached out a second time and still no response at all.
Terrible customer service and will not be supporting this company anymore if they can’t even respond to emails about a wrong order.

You guys really don't get it. I would leave a review if I received the product

My SECOND review email you have sent and still no response after receiving the wrong item in my order. You really need to up your game since I've sent you four emails, a DM in Instagram and a comment on Instagram all with no response.

Maybe it's time to share this publicly so other people don't potentially spend money on an item they didn't receive.

Bought the navy polish after I got blood on my Dankos and then proceeded to ruin them with a bleach wipe as the blood soaked right in. Left the backs alone for the contrast but I’m very pleased to wear these again at my ER job. Miss my denim color but the marks were unacceptable.
