Return Policy
Products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if unused and in their original packaging. You must include your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund processing
We will send an email notifying you if your return has been accepted or rejected once we have received the product(s) and ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If accepted, your credit card or original method of payment will be credited.
*No refunds will be issued on Sale or Clearance items.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be granted on defective or damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, feel free to contact us at help@redmooseusa.com and we will issue you a replacement ASAP! Be sure to take pictures and send us all the details.
Gifts
If a product is shipped directly to you and is marked as a gift, a store credit will be issued directly to you. If it is not marked as a gift or is shipped to the original purchaser, the purchaser will receive the credit. To return a gift, send it to us and a credit will be issued to the proper recipient.
