Let me start by telling you I am a person who is familar with taking care of sneakers and have been most of my life when it comes to cleaning but suede I dont have the first thing in knowing how to take care of it let alone clean it. This kit made it possible for me not only to clean my suede boots but do a great job like I knew what I was doing. This kit comes with everything and makes it super easy with the breakdown of what everything is and directions on what your suppose to doing. When I tell you this kit made it effortless to clean my boots I am telling you this was a process I enjoyed and now will always be doing it this way with this product and this product alone. When it came to using everything I didnt need to be over the sink I was sitting down at my table and it probably took me 10 mins to clean the spraying the protection spray took me a little longer because I was letting it sit in between coats and coming back to it while using the sneaker kit from this brand to clean some shoes I like to use in the Spring/Summer which I will also speak highly of. This brand is something to be looked into because this made it so easy and my shoes look just like they did when I got them. I didnt have many stains on them as I only wore them a couple times but I had some dirt stains and some green staining but not grass not sure what and this kit took all of them out with no problem. Not totally sure how I feel about this kit. I own a lot of suede shoes (both boots and flats), and most are light-colored and stain easily, so I like to have cleaning & protective products on hand. Red Moose seems to make high quality products, and this is a very nice looking kit. The two brushes are excellent, but the other items had some flaws. First of all, I don't really understand what the "suede eraser" does. It's a solid block of...something...that seems to give off a crumbly, chalky substance. It worked to hide some darker spots on my beige boots, but left a white residue on my brown ones. Honestly not even sure what the intended function of this thing is. Furthermore, the Suede Renew spray is not the suede cleaner I assumed it was - the directions say to apply it to already clean shoes, and even then, not to spray it directly on the shoes themselves, but to wet a cloth with it and rub the shoes with that. I tried it, and (1) it was hard to saturate the cloth enough to have it affect the boots at all, and (2) afterwards, I didn't notice a bit of difference. The last item, the Water & Stain Repellent, is a pretty standard product that works as advertised. However, the spray bottle isn't a great design if you have many shoes to spray or just a large pair of boots - your trigger finger is going to get tired really fast. So...not sure I'd purchase this kit again, but I will get some use out of most of the items.
