Horsehair brushes have bristles of different diameters which polish every smooth leather shoe optimally.

HOW TO USE A RED MOOSE BRUSH

Apply a thin even layer of polish and let dry. Use the brush to buff the entire shoe with quick side to side movements for a bright shine.

Pig good, maxi meh

The pig bristle brush is great for getting in the welt/stitching and keeping it clean. I'm not stomping around in mud, snow or on a job site so I'm keeping the dust off. Short stiff bristles and a smaller brush makes it easier to maneuver.

My maxi brush, sadly just meh. It's big, no doubt about it and good for a quick brush to get the dust off and keep that luster (I'm not a fan of the high shine or 'wet' look you get with the quick shine). I guess I got the one that sheds more than my cat. I've found I just prefer a shorter stiffer bristle but again, just personal preference.

Shiny shoes

I can’t fine shoe polish locally. The color matched perfectly and the bushes worked great. My shoe haven’t look this good since I purchased them.

Outstanding!!!

For years, I’ve used nothing but Kiwi shoe polish and shoe shine brushes. I’ve been using the Red Moose neutral shoe polish and it far outshines the others!! So, I thought i’d try the shoe shine brushes. These are the absolute best, by far!!!! Very soft bristles and easy to grip. I’ll never go back to using Kiwi ever. Red Moose from here on!!!
