We ship most orders the same day they are placed.

Shipping times may vary based on the location and shipping speed selected during checkout.

Free/standard shipping takes between 3-6 business days on average.

If the product is unused, still in the original packaging, and you have proof of purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For details, see our Returns Page.

Oh no! We want you to get your package as soon as possible, but before you're made to wait for a new shipment, we also want to make sure that the parcel isn't hiding nearby.


Please first check to see if your order was left with a neighbor, roommate, or another relative that may have accepted the package for you. Postal carriers occasionally leave items in unusual locations to prevent them from being stolen, so it might be helpful to give your entryway a quick once-over as well.

If you still can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

Shipping carriers will also occasionally mark items as delivered a few days in advance. Please wait 3 additional business days from the date of delivery to see if the package shows up. If not, please reach out to cs@redmooseusa.com with your order number and we would be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.

To cancel an order after it has been submitted, please contact Customer Service immediately. If the order has already been processed and you would still like to cancel your purchase, please follow the return instructions after receiving your package.
